Refund Policy

AnchorDR aims to be fair, responsive, and transparent. At the same time, our work requires onboarding, planning, communications, coordination, and time-sensitive action—often involving third parties and Dominican Republic agencies outside our control.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through AnchorDR’s website or direct invoicing, unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Administrative Fee

All refunds are subject to a non-refundable 20% administrative charge. This covers onboarding, intake review, scheduling, payment processing, and operational setup.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the purchase date.

No refunds are issued after 30 days under any circumstances, including unused time, partial engagement, changes in personal circumstances, third-party delays, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.

Pro-Rated Refunds Within 30 Days

If you request cancellation within 30 days, AnchorDR may provide a pro-rated refund based on time elapsed, work completed and resources already committed.

Refunds, when approved, are calculated as the amount paid minus the 20% administrative charge, minus the value of services already provided, minus any non-refundable third-party costs incurred or committed on your behalf.

AnchorDR will determine completed work in good faith using internal records of actions taken, deliverables provided, and time spent.

 

Third-Party Costs Are Not Refundable Through AnchorDR

AnchorDR cannot refund third-party costs, including government fees, filings, translations, courier services, deposits, reservations, notary services, banking fees, or independently licensed professionals retained separately.

If a third party offers a refund under their own policy, AnchorDR will provide reasonable cooperation, but does not control third-party decisions.

No Refunds Based on Outcomes

AnchorDR does not guarantee results or timelines, especially when services involve Dominican Republic agencies, processes, approvals, or discretionary decisions.

Refund eligibility is not based on government processing speed, outcomes, approvals, denials, or third-party performance.

 

Digital Products

If AnchorDR offers digital downloads, templates, guides, or other downloadable content, those purchases are non-refundable once delivered or accessed unless required by law.

How to Request a Refund

Submit refund requests in writing to billing@anchordr.com and include the purchase name, email used at checkout, date of purchase, and the reason for your request.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to processing timelines of your bank or payment provider.
